Kumar Shri Mahendra Bahadur Singh of Seraipali, educated at Rajkumar College,
Raipur; is the first Protem Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly,
Member of the Rajya Sabha, Minister in the M.P. Govt. on two occassions,
M.L.A.
(Madhya Pradesh) for six terms,
Thakur Mahindra Nath Shah Deo of Jaria (Bihar), Member of the Lok Sabha,
M.L.A.,
