I have justed joined this mailing list and intersted in knowing more about
the following surnames;

ABID, DEVLIN, DYSON, GUTTERIDGE, HAMILTON, HILLIER, McCULLEN, ROCHFORT.

QUERY ... I have been - for the last 7 years or so - been trying to find a
JAMES HENRY DEVLIN born 1 October 1862 in India. I have checked the three
films in the Perth Family History Library (Mormons) :
BOMBAY (Index to Baptisms 1851-1870 : Film No. 0498558); also BENGAL (Index
to Baptisms 1860-1867 : Film No. 0498515) plus MADRAS (Index to Baptisms
1860-1871 : Film No. 0498578) ... with absolutely no success.
What other Indexes are available ... apart from the Family History (Mormon)
ones? or is there some Indexes sitting somewhere ... say India Office House
I don't know about?? Has anyone had this problem. I have to find this
gentleman because he is my father's grand-father!!
