I'm posting the following successful searches, 1831-1859, to confirm that
your requests haven't been forgotten. Will reply individually to all of
you whose requests need some explanation or were negative.

Please note that I omitted to mention that this index is by MALE surname
only, though I was able to get over this in every case bar one. The
references given are in the form Year/Volume/Page.
