Hi All and Craig (?)Thanks for clearing up the possible problem with
this request. If anyone wishes to learn more about ancestors in the
British Army then perhaps the most useful book is "My Ancestor was in
the British Army" by Michael & Christopher Watts. It costs about £6.15
in the UK plus any post and packing etc.(overseas post about £6.60) and
is obtainable from :-
The Society of Genealogist, 14,Charterhouse Buildings,LONDON EC1A 7BA.
If you are intested please check back with me before ordering because
there is another source and I don`t know where you are resident.
