Hi to all,

I have finally tracked down the second marriage of my great grandfather and
am seeking information on his wife as follows.

Maria Louisa Carmen FROHLICK (or FROHLICH) born circa 1882 - father Wilhelm
FROHLICK (deceased in 1918)
She married ??? BELL and was widowed before 1918. She had a daughter named
Bertha, probably to Mr BELL, who was a young child (probably under 6 years)
in 1918 / 1919. Mr BELL may have been associated with JJ Bell & Co of
Cawnpore.

On 17 Aug 1918 Maria BELL (nee FROHLICK) aged 36, widow of Mussoorie,
married Walter Hugh BROWN aged 38, widower of Mussoorie. Walter was a Sub
Conductor (Warrant Officer 1) in No 3 DS Coy Supply and Transport Corps and
was home on leave from the war in Mesopotamia at the time of his second
marriage. He had a daughter Hazel from his first marriage. Walter return
to Mesopotamia but died in No 3 British General Hospital in Basrah on 23rd
Feb 1919 of septicaemia.
