I found that other book today at the NSW State Library.
It is "The Indian Army and the Kings Enemies 1900-1947" by Charles Chenevix
Trench published by Thames and Hudson in 1988. I could not see an ISPN
number.
Sounds like the author is the same guy.
For people, on this list, researching Indian Army matters this century it
could be useful.
There was a little bit on the Wazirstan campaign on 1919 and also later
actions as well - but the book covers WWI and WWII also and naturally they
get the main part.
(Sylvia I looked for you but did not see you behind the Thackers!)
