The following inscription is from a grave in a cemetery in Madurai. .

M. Davanayaga Pillay
Computer Revenue Survey
Died 11 February 1879
34 Years.

The inscription, on close examination, is found to be as old as other
inscriptions at that cemetery. Would be interested in any insight on the
'Computer Revenue Survey'.

Some graves in this cemetery was restored by BACSA.
