these special volumes where another reference is given to the volume of
certificates in India.

Which leaves me wondering how to get the details ?

For example The Bengal Indices show :
1909, REG. 23958/10, COLLINGWOOD, Arthur F P

How does one proceed from here ?

I am going to the OIOC on Saturday and will get the shelf number of this
Register. I have consulted it before whilst at the OIOC. I will post the
shelf number to the List if it helps.
