After a month off over Christmas the LDS are back on deck. I have just seen
this film and thought there might be names of interest to some of you.

Baptised 1 Feb 1877, said to be born 6 Jan 1877 Frank Mylne SYMONDS, son of
William Alfred SYMONDS (Acting Superintendant Central Jail) and Annie
Fletcher SYMONDS. By John William Wynch, M.A., Senior Chaplain.

Baptised 14 Jan 1877, said to be born 15 May 1877, Charlotte Elizabeth,
daughter of Frederick and Sarah Ann DAWSON of St. Thomas; Mount, Acting
Bombadier 4/5 Bde. R.A. by W.W. Gilbert-Cooper, Chaplain.

Died of diarrhoea, at Ootacamund 12 May 1877, Lucy Royal DAWSON, 1 1/2 years
daughter of George Augustus DAWSON, Art Instructor, and Annie his wife.
Buried 18 May 1877 by G. Warlow, Chaplain.

Baptised at Madras 24 Jun 1877, said to be born 10 Apr 1877 Ernest Block,
son of Samuel and Clarissa DAWSON of Perambare, Fitter M.R.C., privately.

Died 24 Jun 1877 of Convulsions, Ernest Brock [sic] son of Samuel DAWSON,
Fitter M.R.C. and Clarissa, aged 2 months 15 days. Buried 25 Jun 1877 by G.
Cunnooswary.

Died 14 Jun 1877 of Cholera at Madras, William Henry DAWSON, 3 yrs 2 months,
buried 15 Jun 1877 by C.P. Hard.

Married at St. Andrew's Church, Church of Scotland, Madras 23 Jul 1877,
Antony RICKETTS, widower aged 52 and Hannah GIBBONS aged 50, widow.
Bombadier E.Z.V Company of Palaveram. Fathers' names - William RICKETTS and
John GILL. Witnesses R.A.A. LEE and E. JOHNSON, by A. Walker, Senior
Chaplain.

Baptised at St. John's Bangalore 12 Dec 1877, said to be born 28 Stp 1877
Henry William Felix, son of George William Lancelot and Letitia Lydia
RICKETTS of Bangalore, Deputy Commissioner Mysore Commission, by Thos.
Foulkes, Chaplain.
