In response to Merran, yes I've searched the birth indexes for 5 of my
Snellings born Calcutta c1868 to c1877 but found no entries. I have yet to
order in the register films (potentially 40 films) and I'm baulking at the
prospect! If anyone else has the same problem with this time span, maybe we
could do something cooperative, I'm open to suggestions.
