I did a lookup in the FTM CD #304 Census Records: Indiana 1860 and found
the following for the name Oakley with the first initial E. If you find
that any of these could be what you are looking for, I would be glad to
give you more information:

Oakley, Edmund Putnam Co. Floyd Twp. census pg. 467
Oakley, Eliza M. Switzerland Co. Jefferson Twp. census pg. 283

Oakley, Evoline Putnam Co. Floyd Twp. census pg. 467
