STATE OF DELAWARE COUNTY, SCT;
THE STATE OF INDIANA TO THE SHERIFF OF DELAWARE COUNTY, GREETING:

You are hereby commanded to summon James B. Shockley, Charles Addison to
appear before the Judge of Delaware Circuit Court on Tuesday the 10th day of
September 1889, the 8th day of the present Term of said Court, now in session
at the Court House in the City Of Muncie, to testify in an action wherein The
State Of Indiana Plaintiff, and William Addison Defendant, in behalf of the
state and return this summons.
