I have a scanned picture of a boy, about 14 or so, it is a tintype. The
boy had on a hat that I have not seen before and think the hat will give a
clue to the age and possibly the place of the picture. I do feel that
this is a picture of a Zuber or Gutekunst (my immigrant lines of the
1800's). Is there anyone out there who is a hat historian? Thanks.
