Hi Steve,
Would you be so kind as to look to see if there is a marriage recorded for
the following people in your Dubois County marriage record index books?
Thekla Roos to John Martin (probably prior to 1848)
Friederica Roos to Peter Feucht (probably prior to 1861)
There is also a Pauline Roos who was 2 years younger than Thekla but I have
not been able to find a spouse for her, or for that matter, if she lived long
enough to have had one.
