I found a Jacob W. Liveringhouse who enlisted as a 1st Lieut on 3/6/1865
and was commissioned on 3/8/1865 in the 152nd Ind Infantry,co E. He was
promoted to Captain on 3/11/1865 and mustered out at Clarksburg,West Virginia
on 8/30/1865.His residence was Goshen,Indiana.
And a Lewis Liveringhouse who enlisted as a private on 2/14/1865 in the
152nd Ind Infantry,co E. He mustered out at Clarksburg,West Virginia on
8/30/1865. Residence was listed as Goshen,Indiana
There was a John H. Liveringhouse in the 14th PA Infantry,co E. Enlisted
as a private on 4/24/1861. Mustered out on 8/7/1861 at Carlisle,PA.
And finally a W.R. Liveringhouse who enlisted as a private in the 110th
PA infantry,co B on 10/24/1861. He was wounded at the Wilderness,Virginia
on 5/6/1864.He was absent for muster out on 6/28/1865 at Washington,DC.I
dont know if he survived his wounds or not,but sounds like he might match
up with your William Liveringhouse.
Thats all I could find in the Union Army.
ps- I am not related, just a civil war addict and researcher.
Best Wishes,
