I think that you were correct in your first assumption: Eliza Ann was the daughter of Wm Carell and Mary Love Carell Justice. She probably had Eliza while married to William. I would check for a will for Wm. or died with out a will in Indiana and Edgar Co IL. Did William live in Fountain County. My father thought that she probably was a Carrel. Do you know who she married? What was your gg grandmothers last name. I can work from there if it wasn't Justice. If she was married in Marshall Co. IL it would be easy to check for a Eliza Ann Carrel.
Well, I hope it is Eliza Carrell then we could search together.
