"phil" and i have been restoring a cemetery in our hometown of covington. many people have stopped to visit us while we are working and they all ask the same question. they want to know who is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of cemeteries. the duties of the trustee are posted online. before election time in november, i suggest visiting the cemeteries in your township. the condition of these cemeteries will tell you if your trustee has been doing their job. in my cemetery visiting, i have to say that i have seen only one trustee who takes their job seriously. because of "her" dedication, families will be able to visit their family's gravesites for years.
