kathy- hello again! i have found that my grandfather, george washington mettee, was born in 1845 in covington indiana- curiously, his father was samuel mettee-his mother is listed as elizabeth mettee- his father samuel is listed as being born in maryland-any thoughts on this? i am trying to find more on gr-gr-gr-father samuel
