I am reasearching Russell and Conner names in Franklin County and Fayette
County. Abner Conner Sr. was in the 1807 Dearborn County census in the
Connersville area. Later he moved to Shelby County with one son and another
son John Russell Conner moved to Spencer County. Abner's Sr.'s wife was Ann
Russell and it is possible that others in the Russell family group moved here
as well from Shenandoah County, Virginia.
