I just wanted to post my 2 cents worth on the virus situation, and I
apoligize before hand because this is for genealogy posts. But, not only
should you keep your Windows (or other OS) up to date and your virus
scanning software up to date, many people don't think about backing up their
address books in their email programs. I use Outlook Express and back up
once a month as a .TXT file, then if you lose your address book from a
virus, just import the .TXT into your email programs address book.
