I don't think it could hurt... if enough people protest, etc. it might
encourage others to do so and make everyone stand up and take notice each
time something like this happens.

Rogers family are buried in Sullivan County in the Shepherd Cemetery. When
we were there several years ago the family that owns the land that the
Cemetery is on said that the coal companies were trying to buy the land that
the Shepherd Cemetery is on. At that time they were not willing to sell it
to the coal companies.
