Married: 16 Aug 1826 in Shenandoah Co., Va to:
Catherine Coffman - dau of Andrew Coffman & Catherine Schwartz.
Moved to Harrison Co., Indiana about 1840.
Catherine Coffman Williams died 18 Apr 1862 and is buried in the Williams Cemetery in Harrison Twp., Harrison Co., Indiana.
John Charles Williams married 2nd to Chinelisa Kendall Christley (widow of Samuel B. Christley).
John Charles Williams died 16 Feb 1881 and is buried at Williams Cemetery, Harrison Twp., Harrison Co., Indiana.
