I am a new subscriber, and am glad have a chance to search for some of the
blanks in my family history.

My mother, Nellie Patterson Bechtol, was born in the White Lick Community of
Hendricks County on 12-26-99. Her parents were Charles Henry Patterson (b.
4-13-1860 in Hendricks Co. --d. 1-3-1936) and Sarah Helen Smith. Charles is
buried in the White Lick Presbyterian cemetary, as are many of his family
members. They were married 3-8-1896 in Hendricks Co.

Charles' parents were Morris Patterson and Sarah Hylton(Helton), who were
married 9-13-1857. I have quite a bit of information about her family, the
Wilsons and Hyltons who were early settlers, but have been unable to find
anything about Morris. If anyone has any connections to this family or can
supply informatio, I will be most grateful.
