Botts, Lizzie -- Died at her home in this city this morning, May 15, of
consumption, Mrs. Lizzie Botts, aged 42 years. Elizabeth Horning was b. at
Rockford, March 2, 1844. On April 28, 1864, she m. Lewis Thompson Botts, who
d. about 2 years ago, & to them were b. 2 children --John Minor, who has been
dead a little over 2 years, & May Belle, who survives her. Of her father's
family, one sis., Mrs. Mary Wilson, of Indianapolis, & one bro., John
Horning, of Chestnut Ridge; her bro., Alonzo W. Horning, of this city, & a
half-bro. survive her. One sis., Kate, is dead.

Horning, Daughter-- The 6 weeks old dau. of John Horning, of Chestnut Ridge,
d. of cholera infantum yesterday. (Sat., July 19--B)
