In the name of Almighty God Amen I Osborn Bland of Jennings County State Ind being in feeble health and not expecting to remain in this world long do make and ordain this my will and testament I hereby revoke all former wills heretofore made
1st I will my spirit to a just God who gave it and my body to dust
2nd I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Ann all my real and personal property during her natural life and at her demise I will and bequeath all my personal and real property to my son Osborn Luther except five dollars worth of personal or household property to my daughter Nancy Jane and the same amount to my daughter Mary Eveline also the same amount to my daughter Martha Ellen. Except also twenty five acres of land I will and bequeath to my son Thomas J being twenty five acres off of the East side of the South West fourth of the North east quarter of section twenty four town six range ???? I also except a mortgage that I hold on my son's Noah's land said mortgage I will and bequeath to my son Noah and in case my son Noah should sell said land disscribed in said mortgage My Executors are to surrender said mortgage to him
I also apoint my beloved wife Mary Ann and my son Osborn Luther my Executors of my will This the 20th day of October 1881
