Can anyone help?????

PHILETUS JOHNSON born ca 1860 in IN

I know very little about Philetus; except I did find his name on the "Birth
Records of Vernon Co., MO) as the father of my grandfather, FRANK ANDERSON
JOHNSON born Feb 1885 in Nevada, MO. The registrar stated that Philetus was
25 years old, a farmer, from IN.

Does this name sound familiar to anyone?? Will appreciate any advice!!!
