I am trying to find out when my gg-aunt passed away. Name-Jennie (America
D.)-on old census (Wise) Willis, she was living in Vincennes when her sister
died in 1953, her husband (Dock) passed away in 1951 and is buried in Oaktown
Cemetery I beleive. She was born in 1874 in Clay Co Indiana, they had a son
born around 1916, name- Lennie or Leonard Willis.
How do you go about locating someone who died in a more recent time period?
I plan on going to Knox co to do some research this fall. I have gotten some
help on the internet, individuals trying to find her on cemetery records they
have, but so far no one has been able to locate her. Any help with this would
be greatly appreciated. Pam
