Hi:

The Blue Book is about 4 inches thick and the info is really "involved" -
but I'll see what I can pick out and send to you. Don't worry about the
cost. I run copies at my husband's office and his postage meter is "at my
disposal". I'll work on that tomorrow.

Bill's address is . He may be able to send you some files
via e-mail. As far as I know, he doesn't have any more copies of the book
for sale - but I could be wrong about that. If he does, I highly recommend
it!!!! Chock full of info!!!!
