Cindy,
I haven't tried the Archives yet. But, since I have been
using several of the lists on rootsweb, I felt I should at
least support it and become a subscribing member. $24 is
the cheapest research tool that I have found on the market.
I have found many dates, wills, etc. that I would have not
been able to find anywhere else for so little a price. And,
that led to me being able to get documentation to prove my
lines.
Let's not forget, it takes money to run this server and you
don't see any advertising either. It's up to us to keep
rootsweb alive! I for one don't want to see it go for lack
of funds.
It's time for us all to help out.
