Hi all,
The Lake County list is now searchable at
<A HREF="http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl">Search Rootsweb
Email Lists</A> if you go there you can type in the name of the list:
INLAKE-L and it will take you to a form to enter a search word (a surname, a
town, a cemetery etc etc). The previous messages (1998) are even there...it
archived it since day one I guess. So if you joined this list within the past
couple months you can find out if someone left a message before that that you
might want to read.

For now I would like you all to send to the list () and
put your Lake County surnames in caps. Then put the approx dates/towns etc.
This way, if people who arent on the list happen to search it for that
surname... they can find you.

My Lake County surnames-
HUISH, Indiana Harbor/East Chicago/Merrillville, about 1903-present
PLUMMER, Gary, about 1910-present
