Hello all,
This is a confirmed virus and not a hoax, and it is hitting a lot of
genealogy people so I am passing some info on.
And a tip from me: If you don't know the person sending you a file...dont
download it. And especially if it has 2 file extensions after the period.
example: filename.pif.bat screensaver.jpg.exe
Kathy
PS. Im still in the process of moving (just bought a house with my somewhat
elderly mother) and there's ton to be done yet, so I'm only able to pop on
and check emails quickly every couple days. I will be back in full swing
hopefully soon.

It is called SirCam. Please make sure that your virus protection software is
