Death of aged Dyer Woman

Crown Point

Mrs. Susan SPANIER, age 72, died at her home here on Thursday following an illness of
cerebral paralysis from which she suffered for the last three weeks.

Mrs. SPANIER was the mother of ten children, two of whom, Edward and John, preceded
her in death.

Those who remain to mourn her death are:

Nicholas, Henry and Frank of Dyer

Edward of East Chicago

Mrs. Clara BOYCE of Mayville, Michigan

Mrs. Lillian ABBOT of Hammond.

Mrs. SPANIER was born at St. ? on April 10, 1851 and was a resident of Lake county all of
her life moving to Dyer 24 years ago.

Services Monday from the St. Joseph church in Dyer.

Burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
