John CZERWONKE, 69, RFD 3, Valparaiso (Washington Township), died Monday in his home.

Born in Germany May 9, 1885, he was the son of August and Pauline CZERWONKE.

He lived in this area most of his life, coming from Germany. A farmer, he was a member of the
Wanatah Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a trustee of the church.

Sisters: Mrs. Bertha MULLER of Hobart

Mrs. Mary KOSELKE of Lansing, Ill.

Misses Helen and Agnes of Wanatah

Mrs. Anna HUNDT of Wanatah

Brothers: Joseph and Anthony of Wanatah

Frank of Hoboken, N. J.

His parents and a brother preceded him in death.

Services Thursday in the Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Michael Kelner officiating.
Burial in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
