Searching for the coroner's inquest report, death certificate and obituary.
The courthouse indicates they do not have any record of these. William
Pontifex died May 1, 1900 at LaPorte (LaPorte), Indiana. An inquest was
performed that evening by a Coroner Long. Burial services were held at his
wife's home (Cora) and he was buried
at Pine Lake Cemetary. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
