CURT TODD PASSES AWAY

Curt Todd, 88-year-old retired stone quarryman, passed away at 10:45 a.m.
Sunday at the Norwood Nursing Home, 812 Lincoln avenue.

Mr. Todd had been in failing health for several years and critically ill
for one week. He was born in Brown County, Indiana, in November 4, 1870,
the son of Wellington and Maria Johnson Todd.

Mr. Todd, the eighth of eleven children, had never married. He is
survived by one sister, Mrs. Ida Mattox of Oolitic, and several nieces
and nephews.

Final rites will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Elmwood Chapel of
Day & Carter Mortuary, with Rev. Robert Mitchell officiating. Burial
will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at any time at the Day & Carter Mortuary, which is in
charge of arrangements.
