Leona:
My John was born in Ohio in either 1836 or 1840. The 1836 date came from
the Fed. Census the 1840 came from his tombstone. The 1840 date I
believe is probably in error. John's parents were from Virginia as was
his wife Susanah. I think there is a possibility of a connection that we
need to explore a little more. What does the Fed. Census give for
Jacob's birth place? Do you know what the A. stands for in Jacob's
middle name. My John named his first son Jacob and the second was named
Albert. Hmmm
Thank You
Melvin
