Does Allen Co. Library have any better record collection than Madison CO
does available. Phyllis while she was working kindly looked through what was
in the library and found NOTHING. I am very interested in finding any
records available as I have gr-gr-gr-grandparents, Iram & Sarah (Apple) Boyd
who settled in Fall Creek Twnshp appeared to have all of their children born
there, homesteaded their land, but moved between 1850 - 1860 to Van Buren
Co., IA. But they both are brick walls and I'll be darned if I can find
ANYTHING to help me get behind them. I am beginning to believe aliens from
outer space beamed them down to drive me crazy in the 2000's?!?!?!

I found some information on deeds at the Allen Co. Library, Fort. Wayne
Indiana, in a book on deeds.I don't have the paper right in front of me but
I know the dates would of been between 1825-1840.As the male of the family
died in 1845.
