I would like to obtain a copy of an article appearing in the Indianapolis Star on July 24, 1944. The article appears on Page 1, Column 5 and deals with Army decorations received during World War II by a probable ancestor of mine, William H. (Billy) Arnold. Could someone who has gotten copies of articles like this before point me in the right direction? Should I contact the Star directly or should I go through a local library? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
