Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen, the last will and testament
of John Loving, deceased, was proven before me, William Lowe, Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for the county of Monroe in the State of Indiana, by
the oaths of Francis Hickman and Susannah Sumpter, whereupon the same is
admitted to record which is in the following words and figures, to wit:

affairs before my departure, do make this my last will and testament viz:

him to prepare me for my final dissolution. I also bequeath my body to the
earth from whence it came. As it respects my property, I do will and
positively order that all my just debts be paid, and it is my will to have
my wagon and hind (one illegible word), also my quarter section (of) land
known by the name of the Ham Land, sold for that purpose.

I then will and bequeath to my son, Taylor Loving, one heifer. Secondly,
I do will and bequeath to my son, Reuben Loving, one heifer. Thirdly, I do
will and bequeath to my son, William Loving, one horse and one
heifer. Fourthly, I do will and bequeath to my son, Lot Loving, one horse

Reuben Loving, William Loving, Lot Loving, John Loving, Delphy
Loving, Letty Loving, Lory Loving, Mary Alaway, and Delilah
