Thanks, Karen! I wasn't looking for any stroking, honestly!!! I know you appreciate the volunteers, and you and Jeff
know how much you're appreciate (I hope!!). It's just that I wonder where common courtesy has gone when you do
something for someone and they don't acknowledge it with a thank you (in e-mail, that's like a smile). :-)
