I have an index to Marriage Records 2 Owen Co. In. 1850-1920 listing the
marriage of Faulkner David to Mary A. Clark - Feb 8, 1857 in book 28, page
206. Also, an article appearing in the Owen County Journal Feb 12, 1874, by
David Folkner tells the story of marriage to Celia Grizzle, their 12 children
and her death on Jan. 26, 1856. It goes on to say he married Mary Ann Clark.
They traveled to Texas (Brown Co) where David and Mary Ann are buried in the
Routh Cemetery. I have been trying to find more about them while they were
still in Owen Co., In. I believe from census records David's father may be
Daniel Faulkner, but haven't had it confirmed.

Thanks for asking - for clarification. There obviously was two Mary Ann
Clark's.

Sincerely

F. Browning
