Is any one doing research on the Martin family in Parke co. Looking for any
other information on this family that moved from Virginia/Kentucky to
Indiana around the 1830's to late 1840's . I know some of them got married
in Parke co, such as:
James MARTIN married Jane TRADER June 4 1846
Jane MARTIN married Greenbury SHOUSE april 20 1838
Mary MARTIN married David L HAMILTON oct 1 1846
Their parents names were James and Elizabeth Martin.Some in this family
moved to MO by 1850 . Trying to find out where in KY they came from. Any
kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
