I am searching for my gg-grandmother's (Eliza A. Cox, born March 1826 in Indiana) parents.

On an 1830 Wayne County Census index, I found an Elizabeth, Mary, William and William Cox, Sr. listed in Center Township on page 152. I have posted a query in the Wayne County message boards to see if someone can tell me if this Elizabeth is the correct age to be MY Eliza.

Upon further searching, I found an Elizabeth, William and Joshua Cox in the 1840 Parke County census, page 152, while it seems William, Sr. is still in Center Township, Wayne County in this year. Perhaps Mary was the wife and died giving birth to Joshua and the children went to live with other relatives?

Again, I need to know if this Elizabeth is the correct age to be MY Eliza.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
