The 1850 Parke Co Mortality Schedule lists the death of James Bright, age
68, b: MD, d: Aug. (1849.) In James' 1849 will, it lists wife, Elizabeth;
son: James Matthew Turner Bright. Witnesses were: James W. Beadles and
Samuel Pavey (lived in Liberty twp.)

Does anyone know if James had any other children? From what I've read,
Elizabeth was his 2nd wife, the former Elizabeth (Burroughs) Truman, sister
to his first wife, Mary. I located an Oldham Co, KY marriage for Mrs.
Elizabeth Truman to James Bright on Feb. 19, 1827.

Apparently, James had a brother, John Bright (b:1767, MD, died after the
1860 Parke Co census.) His wife was named Elizabeth also. I've also read
where John's wife was Elizabeth Burroughs, sister to Mary. I cannot find
out which is correct. Can anyone help?

I have put together some information on John & Elizabeth (?) Bright's family
that I would be happy to share with those that are interested. I am
primarily interested in James' family, but really don't have much on them.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
