I'm searching for information on the children of Charley and Anna Jessup Atkinson:
Charles Oscar, Belle, Myrtle, and a few others.

Oscar is my grandfather and I have little information on him in his early years. My dad told me once that Oscar was a sheriff--no record can I find of this and all who would have memory of this are passed.

I would like to know where Oscar and Leta Strickler were married. An educated guess is Louisiana as her father owned land in Louisiana.

Sorry to be so vague, but I had a virus which wiped out about 200 years of my Atkinson family including the family line of Charles and Anna.
