Catherine Edgeman, b. 1824 in KY, m. Harlow Milliman in Parke Co IN 3 Dec
1845. She had sisters, Ann and Pary. Ann m. John Harlan 4 Mar 1840 in Parke
Co IN. Pary m. George Harlan 9 Dec 1841 in Putnam Co IN. Both Harlan
families are in Wapello Co IA in the 1850 census.

Sarah G. Edgmon m. Tarlton James Layne 18 Dec 1842 in Montgomery Co IN and
they are in Wapello Co IA in the 1860 census. Mary. R. Edgman m. George
Anderson Morton 30 Oct 1837, reportedly in IN. She died 16 Dec 1853 in
Wapello Co IA. Are Sarah and Mary also sisters to Catherine? Zomia Edgeman
m. Henry Sutton 2 Mar 1848 in Parke Co. Is she a sister? William Edgeman is
in Putnam Co IN in 1840 and in Parke Co by 1851. Is he a brother?

The Edgemans variously list KY and TN as birthplaces. Are they the children
of Sarah Edgmund, listed in the 1830 Shelby Co KY census with 6 females under
15 and William Edgmund living next door?
