Rockville Tribune, October 4, 1945

"Funeral services for Earl Jessup, 55, who died at 1:45 o'clock Tuesday morning at his home in Jessup, following a heart attack, will be held at the Liberty Baptist Church at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon. Services at the grave will be conducted by Catlin Masonic Lodge, No. 402, of which he was a member.

Mr. Jessup was a veteran of World War I.

He is survived by the widow Rosa; one son, Ivan Earl of Terre Haute; the mother, Mrs. Helen Jessup of Rosedale, R. R. 2; two brothers, Foster of Rockville, R. R. 4, and Ernest of Rockville R. R. 1, and a sister, Mrs. Marie Hartman of Rockville, R. R. 4.
