Hi, I'm a new subscriber. Looking for info on REBECCA ANN TAYLOR, born
Rockville, Parke, Indiana, Jan. 22, 1830, according to obituary. She married
John M. Jean in 1855 at Terre Haute and died in 1893 at Robinson, Illinois,
buried at Sullivan, Indiana.
I have been unable to find out who her parents were. Many Taylors are listed
in censuses prior to 1850, but none with a Rebecca in 1850. There is a
Rebecca Taylor in Vigo County in 1850, apparently living with another
family. No way to know if it's the same one.
Does anyone have information they would share with me?
