I found James today, and he was in the 1880 census in Putnam Co. IN
Pg 497 3rd Ward taken ther 17 June 1880 living on 181 Broadway

Murry W M 19 son B. KY they wrote him as a F daug, but marked it out
Rousco, this is James in the 1870 census. B KY
A. W M 16 son this would be Abraham in the 1870 census. B IN
Samuel 14son B IN
Belle W F 9? daug B IN
Nettie M. W F 7 daug B In
J. D. W M 4 B IN not listed as a son
M. J. W F 3 Nov is in the first space after the age My husband said he had an
Aunt Myrtle, this could be her?
SHALINGBURGER? J. W F 25 servant all B KY

Vigo Co
Now the one I ask about in the 1920 census is the same James, widowed, and
living with this grandaughter Daisy at age 84 Widowed but this time the census
informtion says both parents B VA.
