Hi, Eldon,
There seems to be a counter-intuitive (or superfluous?) bit to the
name - an extra "lib" bit. I found the library at:

http://www.statelib.lib.in.us/

The IP-address (number-style) provided by another subscriber also works.
A whois search on that IP address says that there is no corresponding
name-style. The IN state library folks might need a bit more
organization in their internet address maintenance.
